First Phase - Discussion

During the first phase, we will sit down with our potential client and go over their wants, needs, types of architecture, location, property size, and budget.  We will get a good grasp on what each client prefers and narrow down the perfect location to start their dream home.  Once these factors have been decided we move to phase two.

Phase Two- Land Acquisition & Budget

Land acquisition is the beginning of phase two.  We will work with the client to help decide what land/lot is the best for their goals and budget.  Once this is found, we will work on getting the house plan drawn to fit the land and start to turn our clients dreams into a reality!  Once the plans are drawn and finished, shopping and budgeting are the next steps. Once the final budget and specifications are decided, we send those to the bank for appraisal.  At the same time we send the plans in for permits.  Lastly, once both of those are returned construction begins!

Phase Three - Construction

During construction we keep our clients up-to-date on the process along the way.  Watching our clients dreams become a reality is a special time.
